Job Requirements:
To design and lead functional strategies of all areas of corporate HR, like Recruitment, Learning & development, and HR Analytics
Stimulate and enable growth of employees to improve their existing performance and future progress
Establish a business partner approach to build strong relationship with all stakeholders and demonstrate maturity and professionalism
Give counsel and oversee complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases, and have the ability to manage difficult cases with professionalism
Able to communicate at all levels in the bank and to support change
