Job Summary:

Acquisition managers are responsible for increasing the number of ADC products as per given targets through regular coordination with branches.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

Requirements:

• Coordination with branches and zones for sales of ADC Products
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on the efficiency of the ADC acquisition sales channel within the central region of Pakistan. (Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Multan)
• Responsible for assisting zonal teams to uplift the performance
• Training of branch and area staff
• Provide support to all related stakeholders

Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of the payment industry, including products like debit cards, ATMs, CDMs, mobile banking, and internet banking
• Excellent sales and business development skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
