💼 Eligibility Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Graphic Designing, Business Administration, or Project Management from an accredited HEC University.
• Hold relevant certifications for the position applied for, for example, Software Developers and Network Administrators are benefited by CCNA, CCNP, MCP, and MCSE.
• Support staff applicants need to hold either an intermediate or matric qualification.

Experience Requirements

• Project Manager: Must have 5 years of experience in managing projects and 5 years of experience in IT sector projects.
• IT Officer / Software Developer: Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Graphic/UI-UX Designer: Exhibition of creativity in design and prior UI/UX engagements.
• Training Coordinator: Prior record in organizing IT or digital skill training sessions.
• Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: A minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring development programs.
• Support Staff: Prior experience in office support roles is preferred.
